The Vision

The Unification of Montague Park

This project represents a significant opportunity to bring together three important community resources – Sculpture Fields, Chattanooga Football Club Foundation, and Main Street Farmers Market – to create a renewed and unified Montague Park. The design process enables the city, the park’s tenants, and its stakeholders and communities to imagine future opportunities for Montague Park that expand upon its legacy while giving it new meaning and relevance for decades to come.

Vision Plan Process

The planning process includes three phases that span over the course of six months. The process will conclude with an overall Vision Plan for Montague Park that will guide the design an implementation of phased improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement

As part of the project kick-off, the team met with a series of stakeholder groups, including adjacent property owners, community non-profits & advocacy groups, city leadership, and developers to gain a better understanding of the park’s context, challenges and opportunities.
